Long Description:
Position Responsibilities:
Consultative inside sales position managing an assigned customer base of 400 mid to large tier business customers who have an annual telecom spend of $8,500 to $250,000
Gain credibility with customers and position solutions at executive levels in order to achieve revenue goals.
Responsible for creating and owning ongoing relationship and managing the activity of the account team including the Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Billing specialist and Vendor Partners to deliver the complete line of Verizon voice, data, video, IP and Voice & CPE products.
Proactively manage the attainment of $1.8M to $2.2M annual revenue
Develop and execute a territory account plan that provides the strategy/guidelines for achieving sales quota and retention targets. Revise plan periodically based on business environment.
Coordinate with outside Account Executive partner to set on site customer visits geared towards closing more complex sales opportunities
Resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsible for creating custom proposals, RFP’s, accurate pricing and network configuration
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of successful inside sales experience to mid or large sized companies (Experience in Telecommunications Sales preferred)
Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to work in a team environment
